downloading maps

I simply can not believe it!!! I visited San Francisco one month ago. The program is still
Downloading updates to these maps. I tried to delete these maps but no still downloading updates.
Tracks: When Gaia looses sat connection it throws out so many false lines it would be impossible to follow a backtrack. I have canceled
My subsciption

  I'm sorry you are having an issue with Gaia GPS.
  
  Can you click “Submit a Request” above to contact support directly and include a screenshot of the details page for your offline map along with the name of your recent track recording so we can look into this further.

  how did you cancel your subscription i want to do same thing this thing is uslet takes forever to download offline maps

  I was not unhappy with map downloads.
  I was upset that it tooks many hours to delete one you no longer need.
  I think to cancel you go to where you subscribed eg google play gaiagps.com
  And look for the cancel sub.
  Then you will not be renewed at the end period of your sub.
