GPX File Upload Failure

I am trying to upload a GPX file and I keep getting an error that says it is an invalid file format.  Anyone else had this issue?

  I'm sorry you are having an issue importing a GPX file. I noticed you also emailed a copy of the GPX file to support.
  
  There is an error in the heading for the GPX file and my coworker will email you back with more details on how to correct the error.
