    I'm sorry you are having trouble logging in. Can you try logging into your account using your email address?
    - Open the app> Settings> Account & Subscription> Account> Log In

    Please click Submit Request to contact support if this does not help and we can troubleshoot.

    I have a very similar problem.  Also, when I try to send a password for my email address, it never goes through.
