Elevation in satelite view is wrong (more than 2x)

Elevation is more than 2x in satelite view compare to all others view

  Looks like the satellite view is shown in "feet" of elevation.  (1298m * 3.28 ft/m) = 4251 feet

  but there is only one setting for all maps view !

  should be in meters !

  is there a bug ?
