Transferring legacy membership
I purchased the Gaia GPS app on my Android phone a bit over a year ago. I recently got a new phone and used the Samsung app Smart Switch to transfer the app to the new phone. My recorded tracks came over, but, even though the account info says I have a legacy account, I'm unable to download a map. Also, when I try to go to my account (both in the app and using a browser), I'm prompted for username/password. I tried reset password (in a browser) using the two email addresses I would have used, but neither address seems linked to a valid account.
1. Should the legacy account have transferred?
2. Since I had a legacy account, does that necessarily mean that I had a login to the Gaia site?
