Lifeline feature?

I was wondering if Gaia has a lifeline feature like alltrails app has. Lifeline: The real-time tracker that keeps you and your loved ones connected.

  Thanks for posting. Gaia GPS does not currently have a Lifelife-type feature. While I can definitely see how having real-time location sharing would be helpful, it is not currently on our development roadmap.
  
  Some thoughts on this feature in general:
  
  - For something like Lifeline to work on a cell phone, you'd need to have a cellular connection for the location to be shared. 
  - There are some devices that will pair with your phone and share location offline that we recommend, such as GoTenna.
  
  I appreciate the feedback and encourage others to show their interest in this feature by upvoting this post.

  I was wondering this myself. I would love to have this as a feature as well!
