Google Play membership purchase not working in app

    Hi, I have the exact same issue... Can you please let me know if they find a solution? I will try to submit a ticket.

    Having the same issue as well purchased through Google Play even went through all the steps in the instructions about doing a restore purchases but I'm not getting any prompts after clicking restore purchases like the instructions say we should is this something on gaia's end or Google plays end or what on our way out to Idaho and really need this to be working as soon as possible

    I'm sorry you are having an issue accessing your memberships through the Google Play Store.

    Can you verify that the app is logged into your Gaia GPS account:

    • open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email or username will be displayed under the Account & Subscription heading


    Then, follow these steps to restore your membership within Gaia GPS.

    If you are still unable to access your membership, please click “Submit a Request” above to contact support directly and someone will get back to you shortly.
