Google Play membership purchase not working in app
Hi,
I just purchased the regular membership in the app using Google Play. In Google Play it shows my membership, however it doesn't show up in the app even though I made the purchase in the app.
It still shows free subscription, I also tried the website and both do not show the membership I just paid for. I refreshed the app and have the most current version installed.
What do I do? I need this fixed asap as I use it for work. My co-worker had the same issue..we both are on Android phones and had just downloaded the app today.

Having the same issue as well purchased through Google Play even went through all the steps in the instructions about doing a restore purchases but I'm not getting any prompts after clicking restore purchases like the instructions say we should is this something on gaia's end or Google plays end or what on our way out to Idaho and really need this to be working as soon as possible

I'm sorry you are having an issue accessing your memberships through the Google Play Store.
Can you verify that the app is logged into your Gaia GPS account:- open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email or username will be displayed under the Account & Subscription heading
Then, follow these steps to restore your membership within Gaia GPS.
