How can I download GAIA data to both and share between different IOS devices?

If you have paid membership of GAIA, anything that you create or download in one platform, say iPhone, would automatically download to other platforms, say a PC when you are logged into your accounts. For example, if you create a route in gaiagps.com, it would automatically download to iPhone next time your launch the app therein or vice versa.
