Bugfix - inconsistent point marker colors

When symbolizing waypoints with GaiGPS.com, the default marker symbol for waypoints is blue. However, the default marker is red on the Android app. Thus, one's view of the map online is different from the view in the Android. This can be a real pain if one wishes to color-code their waypoints.

  We have an open bug report for this and I apologize for the inconvenience.
  
  Currently if the default icon is used for a waypoint, the icon will be displayed as red in the app and blue on gaiagps.com.
  
  The workaround is to manually set the waypoint icon even if you want the default color.
