The "Gaia Topo (feet, vector)" layer gives metric (meter) altitudes on contour lines.

Since the name "feet" is in the title of the layer, this behavior is outside my expectation.  Can this layer be switched to imperial units (feet) ?  I've already gone into settings --> units and selected "imperial" but it seems to have no effect on this behavior.
