MacBook Pro freezes and restarts.
Using Safari 11.1.2 on my MacBook Pro GaiaGps.com will lockup and automatically restart my laptop. Seems like most times this happens I am zooming in and out using 2 finger drag.
I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with an i7 processor, 16 GB ram and High Sierra 10.13.6.
Thanks,
Warren

I'm sorry you are having an issue access gaiagps.com on your MacBook.
Can you let me know if you are able to access gaiagps.com through Chrome and use the two-finger drag option?0 -
I have a much older MacBook Pro with the same spec including the macOS version. I am able to use two finger drag in Safari - I have the same version as yours - without any issues. There could be some issue in your safari installation, though I cannot say how.
You might try Chrome instead as suggested, which is what I use.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this. Lately it’s been working fine. I think I realized that I was dragging diagonally across the screen. I’m dragging up and down now to zoom and it seems to be much better. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence or not but zooming seems to be fine for me now. I will try chrome as seems like it’s used a little more.
This is my first macOS, was a long time windows user so I’m having to figure some things out. HahaThanks for the help.
