Switching phones - how to transfer my app?

I bought the Gaia/Offline Topo app combo a while back, back when it was a one-time fee to purchase the app and not an annual subscription.  It's installed on my iPhone, but I'm now planning on switching to an Android phone.  How do I install my purchased app on the new phone?

  Thanks for using Gaia GPS. I sent you an email with more information on transferring to the Android version of Gaia GPS.

  I have a new iphone - the old one completely died.  The Gaia app did not restore on the new device.  Please help.  Thanks

  I'm sorry you are having trouble getting Gaia GPS set up on your new phone.
  
  You can download Gaia GPS for free from the App Store or Play Store on your new device. Then log into your account with your email address to access your subscription and data that has been synced to gaiagps.com.
