Android Tablet Stuck in Sync Mode
I turned my Samsung Galaxy Tab A on today so it could sync with my PC and it is still syncing, 10 hours later. I added a long route, several short ones and about a half dozen waypoints on the PC.
Typically it syncs fast. I can't do anything on the tablet because the program locks up. I have rebooted it several time. No joy. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm sorry you are having an issue syncing your Galaxy Tab A. Can you send the activity logs for Gaia GPS to support so we can take a closer look?
- Open Gaia GPS > Settings > Other > Send Logs and mention the issue you are experiencing.

Nathan,
I waited several days, gave up and ended up uninstalling the program. I saved all the my map files...but was unable to get the new install to read them. It has now been downloading off-line maps for the past 3 days. I'm glad I still have a few weeks before our next big overlanding trip!
That said, I can't send you the files. Sorry. But, I do appreciate you reaching out to me regarding this problem.

I'm sorry for the delayed response.
When you reinstall the app, it isn't able to read existing maps off your SD card and they will have to be re-download in the app - I'm sorry if that was unclear.
If you run into any other issues before your trip, please hit 'Submit a Request' to message me directly.
