GPS Settings - Scotland
I'm planning a trip to Scotland to trek the West Highland Way.
The maps that I have purchased use their "National Grid" which seems very similar to our UTM grid - only different.
The map indicates that you should set your GPS receiver to "Map Datum OSGB and the position format to British Grid". Not sure if I can utilize these maps using Gaia.
If anyone has any answers for this, I would greatly appreciate the help!
Cheers!

The Gaia GPS app supports using either the NAD27 or WGS84 datum.
You can still use Gaia GPS on your trek along the West Highland Way to record a track, mark waypoints, and create a route. I also recommend checking out OpenHikingMap as an alternative map source.0
