What happened to the Hema roadmap?

There used to be a pretty good road map of the US named Hema USA.  What happened to this map?  Now, none of the road maps that can be download to use offline are very good.

  I'm sorry the Hema USA layer has been deprecated. As a replacement, I recommend either MapBox Streets or Gaia Topo.
