What is the status of Apple HealthKit integration? I am trying to stop using other apps on my watch and just use Gaia. But without HealthKit integration I am going to have continue using the excellent Workoutdoors app.

  Thanks for posting. I can see how adding Apple's HealthKit integration to the Gaia GPS watch app would provide you with a complete rundown of your hikes/trail runs. We don't have plans for this on the current roadmap, however, you can vote and comment on the main feature request for adding the HealthKit integration here:

  I don't think Gaia will ever integrate with Apple Health or eve add the ability to cumulatively log stats within the app.  Countless users have been requesting these features for years and Gaia has ignored their pleas.  It's a great map app, but they're losing a lot of customers to other map apps that also offer some usefulness for fitness.

  I would be very happy if they would support for example Strava because Strava can easily be connected to Apple Health and for Gaia it would mean a lot less work to support multiple platforms.

  AllTrails released an update yesterday linking their data to HealthKit... is this project coming to an end, in that a feature considered part of the minimum viable product wouldn’t be considered for implementation?

  Any update from Gaia about integrating HealthKit? Many other GPS/ mapping apps offer Healthkit integration so if Gaia has no intention of integration then I will switch to one of their competitors.

  Add Apple health kit integration to the iOS app and I’ll become a paid subscriber. And many other would be subscribers waiting for this.

  Any update as to when/if you plan to integrate the Gaia App into Apple healthkit. a lot of your competition has.  I'd hate to have to switch. though it appears  that GAIA GPS  doesn't care about what their customers want
