Add search/filters to "trips"

The trips tab on desktop is nice for exploring new locations but the options are oddly limited.

New, Popular, Nearby

This is really hard to work with when you are trying to find something beyond your direct surroundings. 

Also, nearby doesn't work for me as it thinks I am in a different location that I actually am. As my internet connect is being piped in from a different city. So it's basically impossible for me to use this feature on this connection to find spots in my province. 

Simply, add a search bar, state/province filters

  Great news! We are testing a new way to find trails on gaiagps.com. The new Hike Search feature gives you the option to filter trails by popularity, state, forest/park, distance, and difficulty. Please give it a try and let me know if you have any feedback.
