Downloaded maps on my Android Undownload?
I have had this problem happen at least 3 times on multiple units. I have forced the units to not sync and when I turn on my tablet a Samsung Tab S2 it shows that my subscription is not up to date so I log out and back in and then it stated I am up to date on the subscription and my maps all 4 folder at a total of 32G go grey and need to be re-download. Which takes at least 3 days. How do I lock these maps so they do not do this. I have not started to download them again. If there is not a lock or fix I will stop using the Gaia System. I count on the Maps to help on Search and Rescue Missions in Mohave County AZ home to some of the Grand Canyon.
I have a Samsung Tab 3
Samsung TabS2
Samsung S7 Phone
And an IPad Air 2

I'm sorry there was an issue with accessing your membership on your Tab S2.
I recommend not logging out of the app and instead tap “Last Sync” on the Account & Subscription page to sync your device with gaiagps.com since your membership runs through the website.
Your offline maps redownloading might be related to your SD card, do you have another SD card you can try?
Here's the SD card we use and recommend: Samsung Evo Class 10 Micro SDHC Card.
