Accidentally Canceled Gaia Pro Subscription
Hello,
I was reviewing my subscriptions on the My Subscription page, and see I have a Membership 3 Year Gift which expires May 26, 2020.
I also have (had!) Gaia Pro which expires November 28, 2018.
I notice that I can get a discount by renewing my subscription from the Gaia web site, and an additional discount if I renew for five years. Thinking that I could cancel the automatic renewal of my current Gaia Pro subscription, I clicked "Cancel" on the My Subscriptions page. I was surprised to see that the subscription itself was canceled. Not only that, I was given no opportunity to confirm that's what I intended!
To be clear, I do NOT wish to cancel my Gaia Pro subscription!
So, I have two questions.
1. Is there a credit or discount to move from my Membership 3 Year Gift subscription to a Gaia Pro subscription?
2. How can I continue my existing Gaia Pro subscription but instead of the auto renew, allow me to manually renew on the web site, for five years?

Currently, gift subscriptions are not prorated when upgrading to a Premium Membership. Sory about that.
If you will click "Submit a Request" above to contact the support team, we can help you transfer over a 5-year Premium Membership.

Hi Nathan. That's disappointing news re. the gift subscription. But honestly, I'm not even sure where it came from. Do you know?
I'd like to know more about transferring to a 5-year Premium Membership. If I proceed with the transfer, what happens to the nearly 7 months I have remaining (May 6 - Nov 28 2018) on my 1-year Premium Membership?

You received the free gift membership when you switched to the new version of Gaia GPS (gold border) from the Gaia GPS Classic app.
I can definitely refund the remaining time on your current Premium Membership when you transfer to a 5-year membership and I've sent you an email with more information on this.

Before I decide to move forward with the 5-year Premium Membership, can you please tell me the refund amount that I will receive? This should be based on the dates in my earlier message.
