Free vs. Membership
A couple of years ago I paid $20 for the Gaia app. It has worked great and I've used it many times. In getting ready for an upcoming trip I went to download the area I'll be hiking in and it indicates I have the free version which limits my map options. Has something changed?

Oh my goodness......I also can't download the map anymore either! Planning to leave tonight for a trip this weekend. Anyone know how to get the functionality back? I read the Free vs. Membership vs. Premium FAQ and it references that Legacy accounts exist. It looks like Gaia has changed their pricing structure but is grandfathering in the legacy purchasers. I can't tell how to get back the previous functionality though. Help please.

After snooping around in the app I found where you can sign in. I've never had to do this before on the phone app as it was associated with the Apple ID or something. In any case, apparently now you have to sign in. Once I did that the functionality was restored!:-)
