slope shading/angle for Norway and Switzerland

I've just bought the premium subscription just because of one feature I really need: slope shading (for ski touring).

Unfortunately I've found out, that it only works in the United States. I need it for Switzerland, Norway (and maybe Italy or France) but in all this countries the slope-layer (CalTopo) does not work. Is there no possibility to use the slope angle feature in europe?

  The Slope overlay by CalTopo just includes coverage for the United States, sorry about that. However, we are looking into the possibility of increasing the coverage of the Slope overlay.

  Since the current Slope overlay does not include coverage for the area you are interested in, I can offer you a refund.
