Map downloads

I have a map that has been downloading for days now. It just seems it is not doing anything. It's not very big. When I go into saved maps and try and delete it, it just pops up a window like it is trying to delete but just sits there and never deletes and other times when I select the map and click delete, it won't do anything.

  I'm sorry you are having an issue deleting an offline map.
  
  Can you click 'Submit a Request' above to contact the support team, and let us know the following information so we can add it to the open bug report for this issue?

  • Make and model of your device
  • Android & Gaia GPS versions installed
  • Name of the offline map you are trying to delete
