New Legal Notice

I received the new legal notice today.  It appears that my User Content is by default private, which is my preference.

Is this true?

  Hi,
  
  Yes, the default setting for your data is Private.
  
  If you use Gaia GPS on iOS, there is a setting to change the default to public. To check this setting, open the Gaia GPS app, go to Settings > Account to ensure 'Auto-Publish' is turned off if you'd like the default to remain Private.
  
  If you use Gaia GPS on an Android, there is no auto-publish setting, and everything will be private by default.
