Do I need to pay for this app twice?

I own this app its on my Ipad, I got a new company Phone and would like it on there. Do I need to pay for it? Not the same apple store account.

  Hi,

  You can get the app for free on your company phone by downloading the new Gaia GPS app.

  1. Download the free app here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gaia-gps-hiking-hunting-maps/id1201979492?mt=8

  2. Open the app and log into your Gaia GPS account.

  I've updated your account to give you a free Membership to use the new app.
