Sorting out Membership

Hi

Not sure if this is the correct venue for this but I can't seem to find any formal support links on the site. So....

When I purchased my subscription via the apple app store it saved my email address as alanmcw@mac.com.  This is not a valid address , it should be alanmcwaters@mac.com.  The saved password is not one of my "stock" PWs so I can't log into the alanmcw@mac.com account  to change the address or the password.   I logged into here using my facebook account but this does not seem to be the same account as my subscription does not show up in this account.  I attached the subscription receipt if that helps at all.   I really don't care which account I own but I would like to get my email, PW and  subscription all synced up
