    Hi,

    I'm sorry you had trouble with the app freezing. Please send activity logs to the support team by going in the app to Settings > Other > Send logs, and include a brief description of the issue. Someone will take a look and get back to you with more information as soon as possible.

    Ashli,

    I'd like to request a refund. The app continues to freeze up and is worthless to me unless it works. How many request do you get like this? Do you always reply with an open ended response and never follow up?! I would send activity logs to the support team but the app won't even let me do that! Sooooo frustrating and I can't believe you guys charge for this junk.

    We are investigating reports like yours, and the activity logs help the developers identify the issue - I didn't see your activity logs come in, but please let me know if I missed them.
