Does Gaia Work wiith Android Kit Kat 4.4?

Can anyone verify if the Android Kit Kat 4.4 Operating system for a Acer Tablet will work with Gaia GPS?

I am considering getting a tablet for use while offroading and am not sure if it is compatible with this version of Android.

  Currently yes, but I don't think we plan on maintaining Android 4.x for much longer. 

  If the tablet you want comes with Android 4.x, check to see what it's max OS is. Maybe you can update to a newer one.
