Pictures taken as Waypoints not visible on web interface

Syncing is working properly as everything else is showing up as it should.  Recent photo/waypoints are not showing the photo on the web interface.  And I have older photo/waypoints from long ago that are not showing on the web interface either.  The waypoint is there.  Just not the photo.   Any idea why?  

I opened a support ticket 3 days ago but have not received a reply.
