Prioritize area for mobile syncing

Syncing data to mobile appears really slow when you have a lot of data to sync onto a new android device. Sometimes it stops at a "sync incomplete" state.

Is it possible to prioritize the sync area to where to screen area is? So the data I need the most will be synced first?
