How do we submit additions to "Find hiking trails and offroad routes near you." section?

How do we submit additions to "Find hiking trails and offroad routes near you."  Is there a template to follow with image sizes, minimum number of waypoints, routes, word length for articles, etc.  I would like to submit some for the National Forest in Louisiana. Regards, Jude
