waypoint duplicated doubly, triply.

I had around one thousand waypoints before.

Now I found it become over 4000 and most of them are duplicated doubly, triply.

Is there any method to make unification?

  I had the same thing happen. You could download them all and try to edit offline then delete all your waypoints and reimport the clean ones, or just put on some music and select all the duplicates from the saved layers in the map view and archive them.

  I was going back and forth with support for months with no resolution - I also couldn't backup my waypoints as there were too many and they didn't know about shift clicking in the saved items in the map interface to select them to move into a smaller folder.  I cleaned up a year and half's worth (I had a backup downloaded before that) manually.
