Maps VS Areas

Is there a discussion somewhere I'm missing on this?

It seems that at some point Gaia has moved from maps, to areas. And while thats all fine and well, I am pretty sure my famous "Gaia is taking up a crazy amount of space" issue is from all the saved MAPS from before the change over to areas.

I can find these saved maps on the phone app, but they are not present on the website launcher, meaning they aren't easy to delete from my Gaia Account.

To make matters worse, when trying to select "MAPS" and mass select them for deletion, I'm getting serious lag and app crashes.

Am I the only one thats had this issue?

I wish we could just 1 tap mass delete any of the categories, maps, routes, waypoints etc. All of it can be exported anyway beforehand.

I find this incredibly frustrating.....
