Exported Tracks Don't Contain Associated Waypoint Data
After a recent update (sometime in the last month or two? not exactly sure when), exporting a track that was recorded with associated waypoints no longer produces a KML or CSV with both polyline and point data. I know this is a change with Gaia not my files. I have KMLs created with the Gaia export tool back in June that contain both polyline and line data, that when reexported today contain only lines. I tried exporting both on the website and with an android device.
Alternatively Gaia disassociated my track data with the waypoints originally created with those tracks. This is severely disappointing and I hope its fixed soon, or someone can share a work around. It severely limits the usefulness of Gaia as a field data collection tool.

Recently, Gaia GPS exports no longer contain waypoint data along with the track as before. Previously, Gaia KML files contained both polylines and waypoints, but now only polylines. This happens on both web and Android, possibly due to a recent update.

Check your export settings, try exporting waypoints and tracks separately, or use a third-party software like QGIS to merge the data. If that doesn't work, contact Gaia GPS support to report the bug and find a solution. Hopefully Gaia will fix this soon.
