What Maps Can I delete?

In "My Maps," I have 35 pages of maps. I only have 13 areas with 3-5 maps/Area, and My Maps list repeats  over and over for the same areas. How do I figure out what I can delete? 

I understand I need to clean this up so GaiaGPS will sync more quickly.  It takes many hours.

Any help is appreciated.
