Add "show visible areas" tool for marked location

For a marked location, shade the map within a set radius for all areas visible (not blocked out by the topography) from the marked location. Maybe better, shade the areas not visible so the visible areas are still shown clearly on the map. Helpful for identifying features, and in general linking what's seen on the map to what's seen in reality.
