British Virgin Islands are cut out

British Virgin Islands are cut out of NOAA map. However, they are part of NOAA Chart 25641. This chart shows up in GAIA, but the corner that contains Virgin Gorda and Tortola is completely gone. Can they be brought back and stop being cut out?
