remember view settings

I generally use Gaia weekly.  I like to use the windows pc interface for most of the work, and use the iPhone for recording tracks and points of interest.

Some of my areas are pretty cluttered, with 15 yrs of hunting notes, and tree plantings, and bear sightings, and game cam sites, and tree stands, and boundary markers, and 6 different land division schema.  It seems like Gaia arbitrarily turns everything ON.  It will literally take me an hour to clean up the view and only have the stuff visible that I'm working with.  3 days later poof everything is on again and I have to HIDE ON MAP over and over.

Please don't change all our on/off settings.

PS:  I've learned about grouping things in folders, and then hiding a folder with 20 items is quicker than hiding 20 items.  But the icons I want on at any given time might be in different folders, or some in an OFF folder.  then I need to copy them to multiple folders , or...

Just a frustrating multitude of clicks.
