Private Land Layer - Stopped Working
I have recently discovered the Private Land layer is either not working at all (no parcel data) or is only in certain areas, then parcel data abruptly stops.
It does not work at all (no parcel data) via the browser interface (Chrome and FireFox on Windows 11) and on iOS app, while it works some places with the Android app. In Android the parcel data will suddenly stop, as reflected in the image.
Access to the Private Land layer was the the primary reason I subscribed to the Premium service. Now that it is broken ...

Same for me. I am in the northeast. I contacted them and they said "sorry", and did not know when it would be fixed.

Same here - one of the key features I used. It's not working at all in my area - Northern Wisconsin.

today the private land layer worked on pc but not on android. I use this to walk property lines. please fix. asap or tell us when it will be fixed. thanks!

On March 5th I received the following from OuterSpatial Support:
""Due to local laws, we have removed the data from the Private Land layer for New Jersey.
Some of the areas surrounding New Jersey were also affected. In the coming weeks, we will work towards restoring data for these surrounding areas. I do not have an ETA on when the data might be restored for New Jersey itself."I believe the law being referred to is "Daniel’s Law"

June 17 2024 - Private Land Layer is not showing on Firefox or Chrome. (despite many reloads, adds, removes, etc..) However it does show in the IOS app. Why? What is the solution?

My private land layer stopped working recently on IOS. It makes the product unusable for my primary application. I think my only viable alternative is to just just quit using this product. I plan to switch to OnX Hunt to access the private land layer.

Sometimes services may be temporarily down for maintenance or upgrades. If this is the case, the issue will be resolved after a while. hole io
