Make a way to set and easily change default folder for saving

I have folders for the different places I visit. If I save a waypoint to a folder it would be nice if subsequent waypoints went to the same folder. Either have a way to set [and change] a default folder or after choosing a folder have everything that follows go to the same folder. Please save me from needless taps.

  I agree. Also make the newest folders appear at the top of the saved folders list when saving a track and its waypoints. (currently it appears at the bottom of the list while the track is still active). It only appears at the top of the list when you go back to your folders later.

  Over a year later and still wasting time having to choose a folder for every new waypoint.

  this is a frustrating (non)feature.  November / December I went hunting, saving my daily tracks in folder MeTheHunter.  Jan/Feb I'm cycling, and no matter how many tracks I save, or whatferever I do online, every stinking day the default folder for my bike ride is MeTheHunter. And every day I change it to RecentBike. How did Gaia decide that 8 entries in a folder in Nov/Dec set the norm for 45 entries in Jan/Feb?
