Keep Settings on Updates/Logins

I did a search for "persistent" but didn't find what I was looking for...

Everytime I get an update or re-login, my settings reset to defaults. I love Gaia GPS but I really find this bothersome. I'm hoping to be told there is a solution and I'm just not using the Android app correctly.

In order of annoyance, the settings which revert to defaults:

Sync Using Cellular Data

Stats Bar Settings

Map Controls (in order: 3D button, Track Widths, Compass, Scale Bar)

I'd really like to keep the settings I've changed but don't seem to be able to do so.
