Waypoint labels not showing

I labeled over 400 waypoints for a long trip - and now the emojis for them dont show - just the generic red waypoint label.  I have an Android/Lenovo tablet and the Windows desktop where this issue exists - but not on the iphone/IOS device?  Public sharing is toggled "on" for all as travel group needs access.  They all were showing and now not???

  For the devices it is not working on, have you confirmed the “waypoint labels” options is toggled on? In iOS this is on the menu “Map Controls.”

  Yes - I toggled it and have restarted the devices.  Any other ideas?

  Do you have the “cluster waypoints” enabled? When that is enabled for me, you have to zoom in close to see labels. When that is togged off, you can see the labels when zoomed out. If that doesn’t work, I have cleared the app cache and it has resolved settings not holding their value. In iOS (that’s all I have), it’s in settings>storage
