Importing Waypoints

I have about 3000 waypoints in about 10 spreadsheets. The columns are Waypoint Name, Lat, Long. I would be happy to add the columns Icon type and Icon color. The icon groups that I want to import are, campsites, petroglyphs, ruins and points of interest. For the method I use now, all the waypoints come in as the same icon and same icon color.

Please tell me a tool chain to use so that I can import my waypoints and have control over the type of icon and the color of the icon. If you have a file that can be imported and controls these 5 variables, please send me a copy.
