Stopped/total time completely inaccurate

During my last trip my Total and stopped time counter went completely off the rails. Moving time is correct.

After a 3 driving day trip my total time is   -171938:0-15:0-42. At the beginning of the trip the time was correct but somewhere along the way it changed to this.

I'm not sure what this is, how to decipher it or how it got changed...I didn't change any setting or do an update.

Has anyone seen this?
