FUTILITY GETTING HELP FROM GAIA SUPPORT

My screen opens with 3 Camera Symbols and 3 Timers running and cannot unlock. I need to know how to get to opening screen so to add overlays I prefer. Pls understand I am 90, health has prevented my using for quite a long time … not as ’savvy’ as when initially purchased Premium.

A call 802-522-2204 would be most effective way to get me ’set-up’ as a few years ago.

  I would delete the app, download again, and log back in. That usually fixes a lot of app issues, not just Gaia.

  Is there any way to talk to anybody that can help? I need to get mine fixed and have had no success in getting a response anywhere or any way.
