App Wont Install. Always shows "Pending"

This is for a Samsung Tab S7.  I have uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it from the PlayStore, but the installation shows "Pending," and after hours has not changed.  Any clues for me to install GAIAGPS?

I have rebooted the Tablet with no success.
