Routes Hide Road Names

Can't see the name/number of a road when a route is shown because the route line covers it on the map. Extremely inconvenient.

Can we have a fix for this?

  Before "track opacity" is mentioned- it's difficult to see the available bright color set in GAIA in high daylight while driving and reducing the visibility of a route/track is exchanging a proposed solution for a different problem.

  At least you have road names. Here in Thailand, most roads don't have a name or a route number shown.

  T Hawk - I agree.  This can be very frustrating when trying to verify location when the gps signal gets week and the phone can't identify proper location.  In addition - different maps can often have different names for the same road - so being able to read the name of the road would be great.
