Map out of date - Trail marked "No Access"

A trail is incorrectly marked as "No Access". Suiattle River Trail #784 was closed for two years due to regional fire damage but was recently opened. I would like to create routes on the trail but cannot because it is marked as "No Access". How can this trail be corrected?

  The gaia topo layer is based on openstreetmap data, so you can update the access tags in open streetmap and then wait a year for gaia to rerender the map.
