GAIA ensures you  cannot talk to a person.  Its customer support suck and i'm switching to another company.  Fuck GAIA

  I've been happy with Gaia for years and yet am experiencing the same thing you are now. Have you found a better alternative?

  I'm using OnX now and testing it.  Best I can tell, GAIA dos not care about customer service.  You pay for the premium package and they still will not allow you to talk to a human.
