Any support for online WMS or network KML sources?

Our government has online sources for WMS and KML network links.  I have read how I can import offline KML files, and downdload and convert WMS data,  But I am looking for online support for either WMS or KML network links is GAIA windows mapping software (like in google earth).

  While Gaia GPS does not support WMS or KML network links,  you can create a custom map source for Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) sources:
