Pennsylvania PEMA map tiles

Trying to add a custom map layer source described here: https://www.pema.pa.gov/911-Program/Partners/NG911-GIS/Aerial-Imagery/Pages/FAQ.aspx

I followed the instructions and tried swapping the {X}/{Y}/{Z} values and so on, but not having any results.

  Hi pghbridges,

  It looks like you can use the following URL to add that custom map source (following the steps here):

  https://imagery.pasda.psu.edu/arcgis/rest/services/pasda/PEMAImagery2018_2020/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}
